Process

A roadmap, not a gamble

Six stages, each with a clear deliverable. You always know where we are and what happens next.

Stage 01

Discovery

A deep-dive call on your goals, capital, category preferences, and current operation. We define what a win looks like.

Stage 02

Research

I run the product research engine across sales rank, Buy Box history, competition depth, and margin math on hundreds of candidates.

Stage 03

Supplier Sourcing

For every validated product, I trace the real distribution chain and open wholesale accounts with the right suppliers.

Stage 04

Validation

Small test orders prove the numbers before you commit capital. Real sell-through beats any spreadsheet estimate.

Stage 05

Optimization

Winning products get scaled; listings, pricing, and inventory flow get tuned for maximum profitable velocity.

Stage 06

Growth

A repeatable system: new products enter the pipeline monthly while reporting keeps every dollar accountable.

Waleed rebuilt our sourcing process from scratch. Within four months we had six new wholesale accounts and our first product doing consistent four-figure months. He works like the capital is his own.
Daniel ReevesFounder, Northline Commerce
The reporting alone is worth it. Every Monday I know exactly where cash is tied up, what's reimbursable, and what to reorder. I finally run my Amazon business instead of it running me.
Sarah MitchellOwner, Mitchell Retail Group
We'd been burned by VAs who sent endless product lists that never checked out. Waleed sends five products with complete math, and the numbers hold up when we buy. Different level entirely.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight

I handle the operational engine of a wholesale Amazon business: researching profitable products, finding and contacting real distributors, opening wholesale accounts, managing inventory and FBA shipments, keeping the account healthy, and reporting on profit, so you can focus on capital decisions and growth.

Wholesale means buying branded products in bulk directly from distributors or brand owners and reselling them on existing listings. Unlike private label, there's no product development risk; unlike arbitrage, purchases are repeatable through supplier relationships, which is what makes the model scalable.

For US wholesale, yes. Most legitimate distributors require a registered business entity and a resale certificate before opening an account. If you don't have these yet, I can point you to the exact steps during our discovery call.

Most distributors have opening orders between $500 and $2,000 per brand. A realistic starting budget is $3,000 to $5,000 in inventory capital, though I tailor the sourcing strategy to whatever you're working with.

Research-first outreach. I identify the brands behind products that already sell profitably, trace their real distribution chain, and approach with a professional reseller profile, not mass emails from a scraped list. Personalized outreach to the right contact is why accounts actually open.

You get a shared dashboard, weekly written reports, and a monthly strategy call. Communication runs through whichever channel you prefer: email, Slack, or WhatsApp. You always know what I'm working on and why.

Engagements are scoped to your operation's size, from focused product-research sprints to full account management. Book a free consultation and I'll give you a clear, fixed quote after understanding your goals. No surprises.
